IS MY CHILD COMMUNICATING 'NORMALLY'?

CAN I USE AN 'APP' OR PACKAGE INSTEAD OF PURSUING SPEECH THERAPY?
This is a very controversial topic at the moment and one that has been discussed around the world! Your speech pathologist may encourage the assistance of an app or device or paper based activities to support your child's/your goals. However these are solely to support the existing speech and language goals, and treatment approaches, already created by your SLP. The contact and within clinic support that you are given during speech pathology is vital to your child's/your progress and should not be rejected in favour of these aforementioned approaches.
